About Bishop Harvey Beavers Jr.
was born on June 6, 1958, in Monroe, Michigan, to Harvey and Essie
Beavers. On September 6, 1970, I came into the knowledge of the God of
Israel at the age of twelve. The following year, I was appointed to the
ministry at the Spiritual Israel Church & Its Army - Temple #9, in Milan,
Michigan. At sixteen years of age, I was called to the ministry and,
subsequently, became an ordained minister at the age of eighteen.
1992, the Milan temple merged with the Sumpter temple
into one vineyard. Under the leadership of Bishop Allen Cox, I became
the assistant pastor of Sumpter in 1995 and was
ordained to preach the gospel in 1998. During that period, I focused on
being a dutiful and conscientious assistant pastor, realizing that being a
good follower allows one to become a great leader.
July 18, 2004, I was rewarded for my service by being appointed as the pastor
of the Spiritual Israel Church & Its Army - Ypsilanti Temple. My belief
is that if I continue to keep my mind on the God of Israel and let Him lead
me and guide me, all things are possible. My goal is to be a righteous,
upright man in the God of Israel's sight in order to lead His people in the
way in which He sees fit.
would like to sincerely thank my family for continuing to support me through
my endeavors for the God of Israel.
